The Millville Lake Protective Association is a non-profit organization. The object for which this corporation is established is:
"To dedicate itself by social and educational means to the promotion of water use for aesthetic and recreational purposes of Millville Lake not inconsistent with the propagation of, keeping and maintaining a viable and useable lake known as Millville Lake in Salem, New Hampshire and through educational and any other appropriate means dedicating itself to enhancing the quality of the environment and quality of water in and around Millville Lake."

The MLPA has 501 C3 status as a charitable organization for the IRS. This means your membership dues and any donations are tax deductible.
